Mass is where I go to engage with Jesus in the Eucharist. I receive the Body and
Blood of Christ to feed, strengthen and heal me – body, soul and spirit. The cell meeting is where I go to engage with my brothers and sisters in Christ to learn how to ‘become what I have received’. “God’s love has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us” – Romans 5 v 5. In a Cell group, we praise together, pray together, read the Holy Scriptures together and learn from each other how to spread the love of God – in a word, a smile, or an act of kindness and in so doing, we grow together in love and faith.
